This is my favorite place to take my kids any time of year that there isn’t too much snow on the ground. When I look at this piece, I can feel the warm glow of the sun on the grass and the snowmelt that trickles through all through the spring and into the fall. When I round the corner of the meadow at the far side and see Bachelor standing guard over me, it makes me stop and take a breath every time.
