If you’ve been to this place, you know that the rocks have about a thousand colors. I first hiked up Misery Ridge Trail (only somewhat aptly named, I promise) and was in awe of the way the red rock under my feet gave way to snow-capped cascade mountains in the distance. These rocks feel sacred in every sense, and I am grateful to live among them.
